eGovlab will offer a broad range of education both as formal education through DSV and informal vocational training.

eGovlab offers a wide range of formal education (for credit), both complete programs and individual courses.

Individual courses are offered on a need basis and package to fit the needs of the organization in question.

Professionals require tailored training and traditionally have problems with attending courses at universities. eGovlab will create an educational program with short courses around eGovernment and related fields. The idea is to offer a learning path for officials where they can gradually and at their own pace take courses in order to enhance their knowledge of eGovernment. Courses will be 1-3 days in length and will be offered in a novel and rewarding way. Vocational training will be using the triple helix model to combine the effort of government, students, and academia in order to tailor the education to the student needs and in the process solving real problems.
